NINTH ANNUAL TUCSON BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL
OCTOBER 25 & 26, 2008

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 9th Annual Tucson Bluegrass Festival.
Vendor specifications
are as follows:
* Vendors will be assigned a 10 x 10 ft space. Assignments will be made on a first come, first serve
basis.
We will try to honor special requests if at all possible, space and time permitting.
* You
will need to provide your own tent, table,lights, etc.
* Setup may take place at any time on Friday and setup must
be completed no later than 9 am on Saturday.
* Breakdown of your booth will be no earlier than the finish of the last
performance on Sunday.
* The vendor fee for one space rental is $100, payable to the Desert Bluegrass Association.
*
Confirmation must be made no later than October 1, 2008.
* To sell merchandise at the venue, each individual vendor must
procure a license from the Tohono
O'odom Nation. All merchandise sales are subject to a 5% tribal tax
collected by the Nation.
