Chris Stuart & Backcountry has toured the US, Canada, Europe and the Middle East, gaining fans around the world for their
original songs, tight harmonies, and ensemble playing. Chris won first prize at the prestigious Merlefest Chris Austin Songwriting
Contest in both bluegrass and gospel catagories. Janet Beasley is an accomplished banjo player and recording artist. Eric Uglum, formerly
with Lost Highway, is one of the most respected guitar players in bluegrass. His stepsons, Austin and Christian Ward, play fiddle
and bass, and appeared with Ricky Skaggs and Earl Scruggs.
